As with every product supplied by Synergix we want you to be completely happy with purchases made through Barcode-Bargains. If you are not satisfied you can return any purchase (at your cost and insurance) within fourteen days of the invoice date for a full refund. The refund will be made to the same credit card used to purchase the goods. To request a return - log into your account, look up the item in your old orders and select the return option.

All products are shipped with a 14 day warranty from invoice date.

If the product becomes defective you can return it for repair. If it is still under warranty and has not been subject to user damage or abuse we will attempt to repair and return free of charge. If we are unable to repair the unit (for example due to non-availability of spare parts) we will offer you a full refund instead. If the unit is no longer under warranty you can still request a repair, but parts, labour and carriage charges will apply. A quotation will be provided.

Orders are placed using the checkout facility in the shopping basket. Details of a valid credit card must be provided. Your order will be fulfilled once the payment transaction has been successfully processed; we send the delivery details to you by email.
