• Training
  We arrange frequent training seminars in conjunction with our suppliers to give you the opportunity to keep up with the latest developments. Take a look at our where to meet us section for the latest details.
• Information
  Our site is packed with information about the products and services we provide. We can even arrange a link that will make our product information appear as an extension to your website, giving you the benefit of a ready made auto-ID products catalogue.
• Integrity
  Synergix supplies to the trade only. Whilst we sub-contract some technical services to an associate company we are committed to working over the long term with our trade partners to mutually grow business.
• Prices
  For many of our product lines we are the biggest volume suppliers in the UK. That means in addition to the value added services we provide you still benefit from very competitive prices.
• Support
  Think of us as an extension to your IT department. At all stages of the sales, delivery and after sales process we will provide advice and assistance. Our services include site surveying for wireless local area networking, and assistance with installation and commissioning. We want you to come back to us again and again.
• Development
  If you need software development, especially for handheld computers, we offer development services through our associate company Codegate Limited. If you have little or no experience of mobile computing, auto-id or data collection use us to save time and avoid the risk of costly mistakes.
• Integration
  We have many years experience linking to host computer systems, modern or legacy. We can save you time and money by recommending the most appropriate equipment and connection method for each system.
• Customisation
  Unlike most of our competitors we don't just ship you a box. Where appropriate we pre-configure equipment first, saving you time and money; we customise scanner connectors and re-program them for 'plug and play' installation; pre-load mobile computers with the required application; and pre-install and configure printer options such as additional memory.
• Delivery
  We keep thousands of items in stock so you can expect next day delivery. We also offer a 2 day service. It's more cost effective when time is not critical.
• Service and Maintenance
  Most of our competitors make strong claims about the level of service they provide; but read between the lines. Most often the service is not actually provided by them - it's pushed back to the manufacturers. That means you could wait weeks for products to be returned to your customers. Synergix has its own service and maintenance personnel. Where possible we are an authorised repair centre for our suppliers, fully trained by them. We consistently achieve a two day repair turnaround - the best available.
